Preserve The Ethel Walker Land
Description
Ethel Walker School plans on subdividing and developing their land. This land is centered over a critical aquifer and run-off from this land recharges the wells that feed our drinking supply. The land has twice the average wetlands. It is connected with other open space parcels. Developing it will destroy the habitats it provides, detract from our quality of life, and place undue strain on Simsbury's municipal services.
