The KCPOA is an organization dedicated to positive interaction with all agencies, private and public, that affect the working conditions and benefits of its members, and the quality of police service delivered to the citizens of Kansas City, Missouri.
The Missouri Fraternal Order of Police represents more law enforcement professionals than any other organization in Missouri.. and for good reason. The FOP has the best record in the state in representing police officers.
When you join the KCPOA you join an organization of "cops representing cops" working in your behalf. The KCPOA has a staff of attorneys whose job is to represent you and your fellow members. In an emergency, they're as close as a single phone call.

The KCPOA was dissolved in 2008, reorganized and replaced by the Kansas City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #99. Thie organization continued the relationship with the Missouri Fraternal Order of Police and continues to represent the police officers, detectives, and sergeants of the city of Kansas City, Missouri.
