Kate Laura McGill was born in Carmarthen in Wales on March 10th 1990. Being the daughter of Joanna Mee and Rory McGill was bound to have its advantages, such as singing, dancing, playing the guitar, playing the piano and even baton twirling! She moved to Plymouth at a very young age and grew up there with her 3 elder siblings; Nick, Victoria and Stephen. She attended St. Peters Primary School and then moved to Notre Dame RC School when she was 11 where she found some of the most beautiful people, such as her closest friend; Hayley. She studied there for 7 years, even venturing into 6th form for the last 2 years to study Drama and Theatre Studies, Philosophy and Ethics and English Literature. Her favourite bands include The Shins and Ben Folds. For some reason...that's relevant. Whilst she was doing all this, she was a member of the Deborah Bond Dance Academy and Totality Twirlers.
