Description
KakakTua.com is an e-learning web portal developed to help students revise for their exams in a fun and effective manner via the Internet. Our aim is to help students find an enjoyable method of learning and at the same time achieve top study grades.
KakakTua.com started in March 1999, as a pilot programme under the DAGS (Demonstrator Application Grant Scheme) awarded by the Government of Malaysia. We were one of the first four organizations in Malaysia to receive this award. The pilot programme was immensely successful and this encouraged us to launch KakakTua.com commercially in April 2001.
At the core of our site is our Learning Centre, where students can practise thousands and thousands of revision questions and even submit essays for marking by our online teachers. Our customized navigation system allows students to revise according to topics, focusing on specific weak areas and levels OR practise simulated examination papers. We have developed an intelligent assessment system, which will not only gives immediate feedback to the student, just like a classroom environment, but also allows students to track their performance on every subject. This will help students to focus on the subjects or topics which need more improvement, thus revising more effectively. (Parents and teachers, you can also use this tool to monitor your child/student's improvement in each subject). The system is also easy to navigate, meaning students can access any topic, any level, without any hassle, all the time.
