TIME TO ENTER - We use fundamental and technical analysis to select stocks to enter. One of the most important condition to enter is when a stock price increases on higher volume. The best time to buy is when stock price has pulled back on lower volume. This suggests that the sellers are less informed smaller investors and that the rest are holding. When the price stabilizes, buyers may come back.
