Today, the Church of the Saviour in Washington, DC, launched inward/outward, a website and soon-to-be daily email service offering valuable thoughts and insights from writers selected by members of the CoS community.
Today marks an historic moment in the over 60 year history of Church of the Saviour (originally envisioned by Gordon and Mary Cosby in the early 1940’s and still led by them today) as it embraces the internet as a medium of serving and connecting those interested in its vision for the Christian life. In particular, CoS is hopeful that the daily email will fill the void left by the loss of the Daily Dig, which disappeared when the Bruderhof communities suddenly decided to stop embracing the internet as a form of communication earlier this year.
