We only sell the top of the line, round and selected rectangle, back yard, trampolines that are available in the U.S.A.

Our customer service people are trained and instructed to provide accurate information in a polite way. From time to time, a customer becomes upset and uses vulgar language or verbally attacks one of our employees on the phone. Our employees are instructed that when this line of civility is crossed, they are to hang up, and then email that customer a link to this site and, when possible, to the specific information or policy that is in question.
