- I opened Photoshop for the first time in 2002. The reason for this was simple, I was a member on a this forum and all the members (well not all of them, but most of them!) had these nice pictures in there signature. There were like little pieces of digital art right there below each post they’ve posted. So I wanted one! I bought Photoshop (it was still cheap then…), installed it on my ‘Windows Millenium’ laptop and there I go! I s*cked at it… So what did I do? I’ve searched the internet for tutorials and read hundreds of them. I became very good at it actually, it wasn’t that hard, there were only three or four styles: grunge, vintage, smudging and I’ve forgotten the fourth one :).
