He began his internet career with a small web publishing shop in Boston, creating close to a hundred web sites on primarily entertainment and community topics, and beginning his domain-name collecting as Targeted Advertising.
He was one of Teknosurf's (later renamed Advertising.com) earliest web publishers, and earliest employees. His titles at Advertising.com included VP of Business Development, Senior Client Delivery Manager, and VP of New Product Development.
John left Advertising.com after their sale to AOL in 2004, and currently works with a number of start-ups. His expertise is primarily in the internet advertising space, more specifically banner and search advertising for lead generation advertisers.
