- About John Cunningham
- John Cunningham was born in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1955 and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. He graduated with honors from North Carolina State University in 1977, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and has worked around the U.S. and in Canada in software and consulting. As a small businessman, John owns and manages a web-based educational service to prepare ham radio enthusiasts to obtain their licenses. John is himself an avid ham radio operator and routinely volunteers his time and talents providing radio support for the Boston Marathon, the Jimmy Fund Walk, and other local events. John is a widower and has one son who just graduated from college in June, 2008. He currently resides in Revere, Massachusetts.
