- Kittredge Cherry is an author, spiritual director and art historian whose ministry put her on the cutting edge of the homosexuality debates at the National Council of Churches (USA) and the World Council of Churches. She is the motivational force behind JesusInLove.org. Kittredge Cherry was ordained by Metropolitan Community Churches and served as clergy in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community for seven years until health issues forced her into a more contemplative life. She worked extensively with people from every branch of Christianity, including the Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox and Evangelical traditions. She now considers herself a free agent for Christ in the world.
