- Jess has been working in the design field since 2001. Immediately after earning a B.A in Journalism from the University of Maine in 2000, Jess returned to Boston to work as a designer at The Planetary Group. After spending some time working in the music industry and as a designer at Metropolis Communications, Jess ventured out and began to freelance as an independent contractor. This brought her to the concrete city of New York.
