J4 Fencing and Services, LLC is a family operated business ran by Joe ‘Cuatro’ Strack, IV. Cuatro grew up in rural Wharton County in the farming and ranch industry. At a very young age, he began building fence for his family cattle operation. In 1994, Cuatro, a freshman in high school at El Campo, Texas, started building fence as a part time profession. He continued to build fence throughout his college years at Texas A&M University. Cuatro and his wife are both 2002 graduates from Texas A&M University.
Since graduating in 2002, they have expanded their fencing business and have since then integrated pier construction to add to their list of services.
