It was founded with the express purpose of surviving a student’s essay past the teacher’s pen. It is constantly searching for those who wish to be authors, those who wish to be readers, those who wish to be editors, and those who wish to be technical or public assistants. To be student run, Intravenous requires the aid and interest of students. Intravenous was founded in November of 2008 by Alex Rogala and William Johnston of Northgate High School in Walnut Creek, California.
