Kiki, better known as the 'Island Princess' loves to look her best. She works out religiously and follows a fairly low carb diet. Kiki can usually be found spending her evenings lounging sea side on the beach with a drink in hand watching the beautiful island sunsets.
After many months of working out getting ready for one of her many fitness competitions, Kiki noticed she was not looking as good as she should. So she consulted her beloved 'Island Doc', better known locally as the Guru of Fitness. Low and behold she found out that her nightly beachside rewards of Pina Colada's and Margarita’s were, let's just say, keeping her from looking how she should.
Well this frustrated Kiki to no end. Gone forever were the rewards for all of her hard work. "But Island Doc", KiKi moaned, " there must be a way?".
