is-phone is a softphone integrated into IBM Lotus Notes 6/7/8 & IBM Lotus Sametime 7.5.1/8 and supporting the IBM UC² strategy. All relevant telephony functions as well as added features like CTI and call recording are integrated by default. With the client SDK, developers can combine is-phone with any Notes or Java based application. The SIP based softphone requires no additional server hardware and offers excellent voice quality even with low bandwidth.

The intuitive user interface of this softphone results in fast acceptance by end users.
