Description
I am currently living and working in the Netherlands. For many years I wanted to live and work abroad, and finally took the step forward towards the end of 2005. I am currently very happy living in the Netherlands and am enjoying the Dutch idiosyncrasies. I see myself staying here for quite some time. I will certainly be using my new found home in Utrecht as my base when traveling around the world for years to come.
I enjoy travel and hope to keep it a priority over years to come. I make regular trips to the USA, generally for shopping, Hiking and Snowboarding, the latter two make up a large part of my recreational activities.
Before expatriating to the Netherlands I was living in a charming part of England known as Warwickshire, working hard for a HPC integration company. I am originally however from Scotland, and despite having moved around a lot, still consider myself to be from the general region of Glasgow despite my parents know residing in the Scottish Borders where I spent a large proportion of my teenage years.
