Hi, my name is Wayne Tokley and I am a personal trainer and nutritional advisor. At present I work out of New Zealands most highly respected gymnasiums where my clients achieve their goals. Unfortunately I am not able to train everyone that comes to see me so I have established a network of trainers that I have personally chosen to give you the same quality of service.
