David Alpert, President. David has been interested in online political organizing since the Internet first began to be a mass medium. In addition to starting IPac, David founded Cosmopolity, a New York-based organization dedicated to fostering political action through social interaction, organized Blogger Alley at The Tank during the Republican National Convention, and runs the Web site for Drinking Liberally, a national Democratic drinking club.
