ICS was founded by Executive Director, Catalina Valle. Spanish-English bi-directional conference interpreter, raised in Mexico, U.S. citizen and trained in Spain by one of the State Department's first interpreters, she also worked as a conference interpreter teacher and has successfully organized conferences, seminars, round table meetings and training courses in Spain, Mexico, Central and South America, and throughout the U.S..
