Khanin had years of experience and numerous technical certifications, including MCSE, CNE, A+ and others. Sergiy Sekela was working as a developer at a programing company. Khanin was wasting hours a day traveling to and from customers' sites for in-person support calls. For many complex issues, phone support was not an option. Khanin could not find a remote control solution on the market that was cost-effective and had all the features he needed, so Khanin and Sekela decided to work towards their own custom remote support solution. After completion of development, they was able to offer more effective support and respond more quickly to customer issues. Finding productivity improve, Khanin and Sekela put the solution on the market to see if other support professionals had the same needs for an effective remote support solution. ERSee was the result.
