Title
Welcome to Infinite Access Corporation, manufacturers of elevator systems and hoistways
Description
1993 marked two decades of gaining life experience working in a structural fabrication shop for IAC founder and CEO Richard Black. Starting at ground zero, he worked his way up through the ranks to finally become the General Manager. It was during 1993 that Rich became involved with a colleague who was in the engineering field. Their joint focus was to design an economical elevator which could be factory-built and easily installed. The design included the hoistway shaft for housing the elevator and its' machine.
As they became more involved in the research of the product, they became aware of the recent passage of The American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) and what it meant to the elevator industry. Armed with this information they formed Infinite Access Corporation in late 1993 and applied for a utility patent on their product as well as the method of installing it as a fully completed elevator system. It was now known as the AC3000 Modular Elevator System.
Fast forwarding to the present and you will find many advancements. Rich Black has bought out his original partner and is the majority stockholder in IAC. The company has grown to over 65 employees who produce several products, all of which are economical egress solutions for buildings. The AC3000 was awarded a patent from the United States Patent Office and the company now provides several series of elevators that can serve up to 15 stories.
