About Intrax
Founded in 1992, Intrax quickly became a leader in providing professional services, such as business process reengineering, business process simulation, and document management. As the result of our process experiences we developed a product to fill the key gap in business control systems. In September of 2001, Intrax released our controlled document management software, ProcedureNet. ProcedureNet is a collaborative web centric solution for managing the entire life cycle of almost any document or file, such as policies, procedures, MS Word files, employee manuals, and business plans.
