In Good Hands was established in 1994 after Laura Callahan L.M.P. graduated from Seattle Massage School (now Ashmead College) with honors in December of 1993.
In Good Hands is located in downtown Kirkland at the Park Lane Wellness Center. This is a cooperative office suite shared by several massage therapists, energy workers and an acupuncturists. There is a shared reception area and then everyone has their own treatment room. This is a wonderful office space, very beautiful, peaceful and conducive to receiving body work. Laura's treatment room has been fung-shuied and has a warm and peaceful ambiance. There is an extra padded, heated massage bed. Laura uses a massage creme that glides very well, but doesn't leave you feeling greasy like some oil can. The room is lit by candles and subdued lighting. There is a large collection of soothing music to choose from if you desire. Besides an office in Kirkland, In Good Hands offers onsite massage therapy throughout the Eastside including Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah and the greater Seattle area.
Laura is a dedicated massage therapist, committed to each client feeling comfortable and safe. Communication is the key to ensuring that boundaries are respected and that attention to the details of comfort, pressure and touch are consistent throughout each massage therapy session.
