Our main focus in 2004:
The housing construction funds were concentrated on the cities and towns undergoing replanning. We promoted home ownership in the inner cities and rented housing.
The revitalisation of the inner cities remains the main concern of our promotion of urban planning. We supported the conversion of derelict sites and "The Future in the City District - FCD 2000" programme with EU funds.
Commitments in 2004:
EUR 105 million in loans for housing construction plus EUR 7 million in guarantees for a total of 2,803 housing units in 750 projects
