Dr. Gaines is a career driven individual who has spent the past 30 years of his career helping people and organizations reach their fullest potential. He is a professionally trained educator, writer, consultant, motivational speaker, and life coach. Spencer holds an earned double Doctorate from the Fischler School of Education and Human Services in the fields of organizational leadership and in special education, Bachelors of Science Degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University with an emphasis on Regulatory Affairs, and a Master’s of Science Degree from the School of Humanities and Social Science in Conflict Resolution with dual specializations in Organizational Conflict Resolution and Culture and Diversity. Dr. Gaines has used these academic achievements and his career experience to manage teams that ranged in population from 5 to 275 people and has supported organizational populations that exceeded 150,000 people. These teams influenced all sectors of the organizational spectrum, which included sales, organizational learning, consultation, career development, project management, regulatory compliance, and an array of other organizational need. As a K-12 classroom teacher, Spencer has worked with children from an array of socioeconomic backgrounds and has supported the learning of children with behavioral and special learning needs. In the business community, Dr. Gaines has interacted with companies and organizations such as RC Cola, ARBYS Restaurants, Nova Southeastern University, the University of Miami, a number of medical and dental practices, Publix Supermarkets, International importers, and a host of other business and organizations by providing educational services and consulting. Finally from a relationship perspective, Spencer understands the complexities of love, failed romance, online dating, restarting one's career, returning to school after a number of years away from the classroom, and so much more.
