Southwell Hydraseeding Services is a division of Agricultural crop sprayers (Nott'm) Ltd. which was established in 1958 to carry out Agricultural spraying and at a later date, amenity and Industrial weed control. The latter area's now dominate this side of the business.
In the 1960s the company diversified into hydraseeding and dust suppression and, eventually, to aid expansion, decided to trade as: Southwell Hydraseeding Services
