I am a third degree black belt in TAE KWON DO and have studied Martial Arts since 1986. I’ve taught Martial Arts, physical fitness and self – defense since 1989. I began the Lil Dragons program in 2003 to develop discipline, confidence, respect and leadership skills in pre-school age children. This program is nationally recognized and has been designed to prepare children for challenges that lie ahead.
