Frank G. McElligott is the Police Chief of Hutchins Police Department, Hutchins, Texas. Chief McElligott has a diverse law enforcement background with over thirty years of Law Enforcement experience. Chief McElligott started his career as a police officer with the Greece Police Department in upstate New York. He also served over twenty eight years with the Plano Police Department where he held a variety of assignments.
