After managerial roles in Sales & Marketing for Hilton International Frankfurt, München and in Hamburg, Monika Krauthahn studied at the Cornell University of Hotel Management in Ithaca, New York.
This was followed by a Directorship position with the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg where Monika was in charge of Sales and Marketing.
Finally, after obtaining a further managerial position in Business Development Germany and Key Account Management with Compass Plc, Krauthahn Consulting was then formed in February of 2000.
