Being an upcoming project, it was founded on the first of July 2006 and has its headquarters located in Bremen, Germany. The project shall reflect professionalism and dedication in order to arise to the top. The hoorai players are regarded as personalities of public agenda and shall get the attention they desere. Currently there are 22 players from six differen countries: A Counter-Strike team from Finland, an American Warcraft III section with players from the United States, Canada and Brazil, the Ukrainian Quake 4 player Igor 'Hunter' Sambolskiy and a German FIFA team.
