Highlands and Islands Arts Ltd (HI~Arts) is an independent company limited by guarantee with charitable status, established in 1990 to promote and develop the arts in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
HI~Arts is voluntarily managed by a Board of Directors whose members are: David Pirnie (Chair), Donna Heddle, Kevin MacNeill, Matthew Zajac, Gill Murdoch, Louise Mackenzie and Gordon Stuart. Invited as observers are representatives of: Highlands & Islands Enterprise, Highland Council and The Scottish Arts Council.
