The HERON Project
Description
The project is part of the Electronic Libraries Programme (eLib), established by the JointInformation Systems Committee (JISC) following recommendations of theFollett Report of 1993 on the use of information technology in universitylibraries. The aim is to use ICT to improve delivery of information through increased use ofelectronic library services.
