Joel A. Zack, President of Heritage Tours (U.S.A.), Inc., is a Fulbright Scholar, a Kinne Fellow and an author (on Morocco), who has traveled all over the world. He received a Master’s degree (in architecture) from Columbia University and has been active in cultural tourism and preservation of historic sites since 1985. His work on Morocco and Turkey has been exhibited in museums and galleries in Washington, D.C. and New York.
Heritage Tours - Escape magazine listed Heritage Tours as the first to call for Morocco. Our programs have been featured in Moment, The Forward, and the Jewish Week. Mr. Zack’s work in Morocco was featured in a ten page article in March 1995 Historic Preservation and his work on Turkey was featured in a full page article in the October 9, 1997 edition of The New York Times. Heritage Tours is proud to be a recipient of the 1999 Editor's Choice award from Out and About.
