Mr. Smith has been the Principal of Heritage Renewables, LLC since 2006. Prior to starting Heritage Renewables, he spent three years as a consultant for Halus Power Systems. He has also helped lead the effort to develop The Nature Conservancy’s NW wind energy policy as a legislative policy intern. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA and a Juris Doctrate (J.D.)
