- Yesterday Federal Judge Shira Scheindlin granted Judy Clark a new trial. Judy Clark represented herself at her original trial. She refused to recognize the legitimacy of the proceedings and so did not attend any of the trial. She is currently an inmate at Bedford Hills in New York State. She is serving a sentence of 75 to life for the Brinks robbery in 1981. She was convicted of being the getaway driver.
