Description
Dr. Maclin is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and Medical Director of the Heartland Center for Reproductive Medicine. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University. She subsequently completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Maclin was an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush Medical College until 1993, when she was recruited to University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Maclin served at UNMC as Associate Professor and Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology until 2000.
Dr. Maclin has collaborated on several research projects through UNMC and has co-authored many articles for publication. She has also written several textbook chapters and co-edited the textbook Myomectomy. Dr. Maclin has lectured throughout the United States and served on many professional advisory boards.
When Dr. Maclin decided to concentrate on her private practice in reproductive medicine, she co-founded the Heartland Center for Reproductive Medicine with her partner, Dr. Jacques Ramey.
