Kate is the owner of Heart Touched and developer of OmOn-Side © . She has over 30 years in the healing arts and over 15 years as a licensed body worker. Kate is a graduate of the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle with follow on studies in multiple areas of holistic studies and bodywork.
I follow the needs of the body. Some call my work Shamanic Healing. Some just that I can "see" what is out of balance within the person at that time. I have been doing a wide variety of bodywork and energy work since my earliest childhood memories around the age of 5.
Each of us can assist in our own healing by remembering to listen to that Little Voice inside. It tells us when and where we're out of balance IF we remember to listen. It is my goal to help you learn to listen and be aware. It is Not mumbo jumbo - just good targeted work where the body needs it - physical, energy, emotional.
