We live in a world which is too busy building its own materialistic security. There is no time for any one to listen to anyone. In the course of my training sessions in the corporate world, I have come across people with aching hearts and feelings. This site is for you and your feelings. We are your virtual listeners and slowly hope to become your physical listeners in the coming months. Once we identify people with similar problems we will take you through a process wherein we hope to touch your lives with a difference. We want to show you how to improve the quality of your life.
This site is the result of training programs done by Mr. Devendra Chowdary, who has vast experience in General corporate management, Marketing and Sales. He was greatly impressed by the changes brought by training programs in peoples' lives. He therefore switched careers to full time behavioural training. He believes that unless a person is not ok in the "inside", nothing will be ok on the "outside". He has conducted training programs for various levels of management--from Directors and Vice-Presidents to the bottom rung executives. Training programs have been conducted for Communication skills, teambuilding, leadership skills, relationship building skills, creativity time and goal management, presentation skills, etiquette etc.
