- Diane Fukuda is a nutrition educator who graduated from Bauman College. As the mother of two teenage sons, she is extremely interested in nutrition and its effects on blood sugar, brain development, learning and behavior. Her studies have specialized in the area of children's nutrition. She has done in-depth surveys of elementary and teenaged childrens eating habits. Based on this research, she has developed and teaches healthe kids and teens seminars. Diane has been dubbed, "The Snack Lady" because she prepares and delivers HealthE snacks to clients.
