Community Health Charities Minnesota (CHCM) is an alliance of leading nonprofit health research and service organizations whose mission is to improve lives affected by chronic illness by investing in health research, services, and education. We work with employers to enhance their charitable activity, and we provide employees with meaningful ways to connect with health charities they care about through workplace giving, volunteerism, and education.
