About us

Hayling.co.uk is a privately run community website dedicated to supporting the community of Hayling Island in Hampshire. We aim to provide useful information about the are and it's community to anyone who lives on, works on visits, or would like to visit the island.

Started in 1998, the site is proud to provide information about Hayling Island to the many thousands of unique visitors who come to the site each week. We also serve as an informal (and free!) information service to the scores of readers who email or call us each month with their questions about the island.

The site is owned and operated by Brit-net Internet Marketing Ltd, a web design and internet marketing company based on Hayling Island. Whilst advertising and sponsorship is used to offset much of the ongoing costs involved with the site, Brit-net provides the tools & manpower to make the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the site possible.
