HATEFNA: IP Softphone for Mobile Phones Is a graduation project of a team in the fourth year in systems& Computers Department, Faculty of Engineering, Al-Azhar University in Cairo, The Arab Republic of Egypt. Is a mobile phones software uses “Voice Over Internet Protocol” technology which designed to be the leader of the next generation of IP Telecommunication systems on mobile phones that allows you to make a free chat (Text – Voice – Video) via your mobile phone with no cost, no geographical limitations and without a need for your mobile services network or Public telephone network. Version 1.0 of HATEFNA is a Mobile VOIP Client Application uses “Voice Over Internet Protocol” Technology over “Wi-Fi” networks for Symbian OS-S60-3rd edition mobile phones, using “Symbian.C++” programming language and “SIP & RTP” protocols for Telecommunications.
