A New Beginning
After the difficult 05/06 season it's all change for Harpenden Town Football Club. This historic Club has been established for 115 years and represents the highest level of local football. Now a new committee has been put in place to ensure that the Club has a stable future providing the best football facilities in the Town. As part of this rebirth Nick Archer felt it was time to step down as Chairman to allow the executive committee to manage the club more effectively.
New Chairman
Following the resignation of Nick Archer, Brian Hicks has stepped into the role of Chairman at the club. This is currently regarded as a temporary measure to ensure that the stability and continuity o the Club is maintained, and the members and committee will vote for a more permanent Chairman later in the Summer. Brian is well known in Harpenden as a Senior Business leader and the Chairman of Harpenden First.
