Karyn the Professional
Karyn’s previous life was in Corporate America, her start was with large cosmetic companies such as Clinique & Christian Dior Perfumes from there she moved on to the fast paced high tech communications industry and was on the payroll of MCI Worldcom for several years and then moved on to work for AT&T. After seeing her 401k and stock options vanish due to the downfall of MCI Worldcom and the communications industry going south her health suffering and not exactly at 100% due to the stress and toxic environment of Corporate culture she decided that enough was enough and she resigned her position to follow a much more heart centered occupation and that is when Harmonic Visions was born.
Karyn’s training in shamanic healing is extensive and she continues to refine her skills and gifts. Karyn has sat in sacred circle with teachers such as Michael Harner, Sandra Ingerman, Claude Poncelet, Denise Linn, Karen Kingston, Alan Cohen, David Deida, Charles and Caroline Muir and Bradford Keeney PH.D. Karyn has apprenticed with indigenous shamans in Peru & Canada. Karyn was one of the shamanic practitioners that worked on the first National Institute of Health’s research grant through Kaiser Hospital. She teaches internationally and is recognized for her ability to bridge the world of spirit and bring it into everyday life.
Over the past 20 years, her education and experience in the healing arts includes, Shamanic Healing, Space Clearing, Reiki, Healing Touch, Flower Essences, Essential Oils, Expressive Movement, Voice, Tantra, Drum and Rattle making as well as sponsoring and facilitating workshops and seminars in the US and Canada.
