Hardwood Installer.com was created by Ken Fisher in the early months of 2002. Our emphasis until recent was providing hands on experience with hardwood floors. Educating the consumer in what to expect when having work done or what to look out for because I've worked in the "trenches" with some builders and store owners that were clueless of hardwood floors.
