I've had SBC Yahoo DSL for about 8 months now and we've had nothing but problems. We have constant downtime and nothing but problems with the customer support... or lack there of. My internet went down yesterday and after a conversation with customer support, they informed us that SBC Yahoo DSL was down for the entire city... so I wasn't too mad aside from the fact that they said it would be down until at least midnight. Later that night my brother informed me that his internet was working fine all night and still was... keep in mind he has the same ISP and lives 3 doors down from me.

Suffice to say, we're canceling our contract with our ISP and switching back to Comcast which I had before out last move. We've had problems with both ISP's, but from my experience Comcast has better support and uptime... (at least in my area).

Well I wanted to inform you as to why I was gone all yesterday and why I may be gone for the remainder of today and possibly tomorrow depending on if complications arise. The Comcast tech should be here between 1-5pm tonight, so hopefully all goes well.
