Since the new owner took over around July 2006 the hosting service has been atrocious. Emails do not get answered. Support tickets ignored. The feedback guestbook was deleted because too many bad comments. Downtime is too often. As of today (11 Aug 2007) server has been down 3 days!! People sign up for new hosting and pay their money then dont hear anything. Trying to cancel a domain is like a nightmare. Whatever good reputation this company used to have, and it used to have an excellent one, is all down the pan now. Such a shame.
