Chris over at our friend site, GTALounge, has recieved an email from a reliable source claiming that GTA IV for the PS3 and Xbox 360 will be released on "March 28, 2008 in the US and April 4, 2008 for Europe". The source also stated that the PC version "Cannot be confirmed at this time". As Chris said, so much for keeping their mouths' shut. Of course, this date could very well be false, but it fits in with Rockstar's time frame of the first fiscal quarter of 2008. It could even get delayed again, but let's all hope not.
