Brandy Webb began sewing in 2006 after her youngest daughter, Maya, had open-heart surgery at 4 months of age. After the surgery, Maya’s immune system was compromised and it was very important to keep her as safe and as healthy as possible. Brandy looked for a way to protect Maya from germs and bacteria found on shopping carts and restaurant high chairs (& other public use items) and became very discouraged because prices of boutique shopping cart covers were VERY high.
